Using Gas

Using the Natural Gas BBQ and Fireplace:

Ensure the gas valve is open before connecting the BBQ or using the fireplace. 

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for operating the BBQ and fireplace.

Keep the area surrounding the BBQ and fireplace clear of flammable materials.

Never leave the BBQ or fireplace unattended while in use.

After use, ensure the gas valve is closed, and the BBQ or fireplace is cool before leaving the area.

Water: Water is tested; however, people are encouraged to drink bottled or boiled water. Public Health tests on June 2024

 

Sewage: Sewage is kept in a holding tank. When it is nearing capacity, an alarm will go off. You can silence the alarm, which is located behind the caulk board in the living room. Please contact the owners to have the tank serviced.
