Best Practices:

Conservation and Energy Efficiency:

Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.

Close windows and doors when the HVAC system is running.

HVAC and Temperature Control:

There is no HVAC but baseboard heating, gas fireplace and window air conditioner. Adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature during your stay. Avoid extreme temperature settings to prevent excessive energy consumption.

 Water Usage:

Be mindful of water usage and avoid excessive water waste. The property is on a holding tank and has a holding limit.  Report any leaks or plumbing issues to the property manager promptly. Please do not flush any other items other than bathroom tissue. Plumbing repairs are at the renter's cost.

The water is from a well, and it is tested. We still recommend that you drink bottled water. Please use bottled water only in the coffee machine.

General Care of the Property:

Treat the property and its amenities carefully and respectfully.

Report any damages or malfunctions to the property manager immediately.
